Need Manual Sales Taxes across the system that can be Country/State specific

Automatic tax calculation has been rolled out for USA. This is great, but we need a solution for international as well.
Even the ability to define country/state for manually entered tax rates would be amazing. This would allow us to configure different tax rates for different countries/states that would apply during checkout based on the customer's billing address.
For example, in Canada, the rates are different depending on the billing province of the customer.

Add Sales Tax Groups

If I enter CityA (5%), CountyA (2%), and StateA (3%) tax items individually, then I want to create Sales Tax Groups so that when I sell to someone in CityA then I select
CityA Sales Tax Group
which automatically selects/includes all 3 = 10% for the group. This helps with consistency, not accidentally selecting the wrong combination for each transaction.

Multiple-Tax Rates Based on States

I thought this would have been already implemented. Most states (and many countries) follow a destination-based system.
This means the sales tax is applied based on where the customer receives the good or service (shipping address). But each state charges a different tax rate. It would be ideal if based on the users billing address that the correct tax rate would be charged. Is this something that is in the near works?

Tax settings conditional logic

Tax settings need conditional logic. For example, in India, depending on whether the buyer is from the same state or another state, the tax rate changes. So based on the pin code of the buyer, the tax condition needs to be set. WordPress has plugins for this. Unless this is in place, High-level for Ecommerce in India is impossible to run.

This would be great! There are states in the US where the sales tax is different depending on where it is delivered. This would eliminate another third party app that calculates this for me.

Actually, it’s not that complicated. In the US there’s a place of origin (where your shipping is coming from) and a destination (where it’s going). I live in California (origin) and I only need to pay my state (my county) tax based only on sales to my state. Everybody else is responsible for paying their own state taxes when they file their taxes. This requires go high level to identify if the destination is in California and match it with my origin settings and apply taxes or not. Without this feature I can’t operate a physical products store.

Yes, this is a staple, simple and required function for an online shop in today's online environment. Every other web development platform has this built in. How is GHL supposed to be the go-to platform with out something that has been around for wordpress, shopify, wix etc for years???????? ESSENTIAL TO HAVE.
