The Problem: Right now, when a customer signs up on any random day, their billing cycle is locked to that exact date forever. This creates a nightmare for business owners with:
Scattered payment dates throughout the month
Inconsistent cash flow patterns
Difficult financial planning and forecasting
Payment processing chaos with charges happening daily
The Solution We Need:
Give us the power to SET the billing date manually! Whether we want all customers to pay on the 1st, 15th, or any specific day of the month, we should have that control.
Why This is a GAME-CHANGER:
✅ Predictable Cash Flow - Know exactly when money hits your account
✅ Easier Bookkeeping - Batch all payments on your chosen date(s)
✅ Better Business Planning - Align subscription revenue with your business cycle
✅ Professional Payment Management - No more random charges scattered across 30 days
✅ Reduced Admin Headaches - Streamline your entire billing workflow

We need the ability to schedule a subscription cancellation or a pause to apply on a specific future date.
Problem: At the moment I need to schedule a manual reminder to cancel or apply a pause to a clients subscription as we cannot schedule this in GHL. Tis can lead to human error or missed actions.
We need to be able to:
- Specify the start date AND end date of Pauses.
- Specify a cancellation date to automatically process in the future.
- We should also be able to view these scheduled pauses or cancellations on the contacts subscription as well for clarity.
Screenshots 1+2 shows example of Stripes option to Cancel:
- Immediately
- at end of current period
- or on a custom date.
Screenshot 3 shows GHL's options for pausing:
- Missing the ability to select a future start date of the pause.
Screenshot 4 shows an example of being able to set the start date and end date of the pause.
- additionally an option to pause for an indefinite time be being able to select a date to start the pause would be very useful for member management.

For subscription based businesses that need flexible cashflow for payroll like gyms this is a must.

In addition to this use case, different products, programs, and memberships have a fixed renewal date annually. So being able to control a specific renewal date is important.

I would also love to be able to edit or change the payment date if the customer requests to change the date for example from a Sunday night to Thursdays to be in line with their pay day

Definitely needing this! Our use case is also that they pay an initial deposit and then we want to start billing on a specific date for their monthly installments.
