Payouts currently only work through PayPal.

We do not wish to use Paypal at checkout - so far the only way was to connect paypal API, then do the payouts and remove.

Now there is a new feature where we can select which provider is used for different usecases.

However the use case of "Afiliate payout" is missing from that selection.
