Issue with "Cancel" Triggering DND Automatically

The automatic enabling of Do Not Disturb (DND) when someone texts "Cancel" is highly problematic.
Many businesses, especially those focused on generating appointments, frequently text prospects to confirm or cancel their appointments. It's extremely common for a prospect to reply with "Cancel" intending to cancel their appointment—only to find themselves automatically unsubscribed from all future texts by GHL.
This creates unnecessary issues, especially since we explicitly inform our prospects that they can unsubscribe at any time by texting "STOP." While words like "End" or "Unsubscribe" make sense as DND triggers, "Cancel" does not. In most cases, when someone types "Cancel," they are referring to an appointment cancellation, not opting out of all communication.
Please address this issue to prevent unnecessary disruptions in business-client communications.

yes, this is hugely problematic - its pretty much always related to an appointment and nothing to do with SMS
