I run courses in both NZ and Australia and charge fees in NZD or AUD, depending on the location of the course. I have Stripe integrated as my default gateway, but can only have one Stripe account which is currently an Australian account, so every course payment goes into an AUD account with Stripe irrespective of whether the course is in NZ. I've been trialling Airwallex which allows me to accept payments in multiple currencies and then transfer to the domiciled bank account in either Aus or NZ. Would be great to get an AirWallex payment integration please to get around moving money from country to country at high cost, and simplify accounting as well.
