Every other checkout makes you agree to the terms & conditions of your purchase (no refunds, or whatever) before you can submit for your purchase.  There is not the ability to add this checkbox and link to T&C in the one-step/two-step popups for checkout. WHY not??
Now I have to create an extra button/form/funnel step (not sure what I'll do yet) for them to go through just to agree to T&C.
Doesn't make sense in this day and age of online commerce .... :-/

The problem is also that adding to an offer is awful - it doesnt truncate so the page is sooooo long when you paste in your custom terms :( We desperately need this - moving from Kajabi where this is so simple (and I havent sid that about anything else yet!)
