Hello, we have the following challenge where FTC announces the click-to-cancel rule to help consumers manage their subscriptions easily.
Is there a way to implement something on the order form automatically ?
Also is there a dashboard for the client to manage his/her subscription easily ?
I see one of the competitors has implemented something already.
Please let me know if there is already something in beta that will be implemented later or if we need to come up with a solution for now so that we let our clients know.

It would be great if GHL automatically assisted/took care of the new FTC requirements. I pulled a list of new requirements from the following YouTube video explaining it.
- Caller Identity Documentation
- Maintain records identifying the specific telemarketer who placed each call
- Required for agents, contractors, and employees making calls
- Must be kept for 5 years
- Product/Service Details
- Keep a record of the specific good or service being sold or solicited on each call
- Maintain for 5 years
- Comprehensive Call Logging
- Maintain records of:
- Calling number
- Number called
- Date of call
- Time of call
- Duration of call
- Must be retained for 5 years
- Caller ID Verification
- Retain proof of the caller identification number
- Demonstrate authorization to display the caller ID number
- Prevent use of "phantom" local phone numbers
- Call Disposition Tracking
- Document whether the call was:
- Answered
- Connected
- Transferred
- Maintain these records for 5 years
- Additional Record-Keeping Requirements
- Maintain copies of:
- Promotional materials
- Telemarketing scripts
- Pre-recorded messages
- Customer records
- Prize participant records
- Keep records for 5 years
- Consent and Do Not Call Registry Tracking
- Keep records of:
- Numbers consented to receive calls
- Version of Do Not Call Registry used
- Numbers that requested to stop contact
- Maintain up-to-date Do Not Call Registry subscription
- Retain these records for 5 years
- Consent Documentation
- Prior business relationship no longer automatically allows contact
- Must have explicit consent documentation
- Keep consent records for 5 years
These requirements apply to ALL telemarketing calls, including inbound requested appointments, regardless of business size.

Having a click to cancel field would be a great field to add on the order forms and payment links. In the meantime, we can use the Terms and Conditions box on the step 2 of a two step order form or on a payment link to add similar verbiage like the example Stefan Atomei shared. If you are placing people in the communities / groups we can turn on the "billing management" feature in there so subscriptions can be managed in there. Otherwise at the very least include the email were a person can contact the admin support team to request cancellation. This is how ours look for a client I have now. If we had the extra field we could say have multiple acknowledgements that could go on an order cart or payment link before a person completes purchase.
