Feature Request – Native Integration with Brazilian Payment and Tax Invoice Systems (Asaas, Conta Azul, Omie)

Aquiles Casabona
Dear GoHighLevel Product Team,
I would like to formally submit a feature enhancement request that would significantly improve the platform’s usability and adoption in the Brazilian market.
Feature Request Summary
Implement native integrations between GoHighLevel and the main Brazilian platforms for payments and tax invoice issuance, specifically:
Asaas (Payments – PIX, boleto, credit card, recurring charges)
Conta Azul (NFS-e issuance, service billing, client financial management)
Omie (NFe and NFS-e issuance, financial and operational management)
Problem Description
Brazilian businesses must comply with specific fiscal and payment regulations. Currently, GoHighLevel users in Brazil must rely on third-party automation tools (Make, Zapier, N8N) to:
Generate invoices or create customers inside the ERP
Issue NFS-e or NFe
Create PIX, boleto, or credit card payment links
Reconcile payments
Update financial status back into GHL
This increases complexity, costs, and operational overhead, creating a barrier to adoption and retention in one of the fastest-growing markets for marketing automation platforms.
Opportunity for GoHighLevel
By offering native integrations with these key platforms, GHL would unlock a massive competitive advantage in Brazil, enabling:
Seamless financial and fiscal workflows
Automated invoice issuance directly from GHL
Native PIX, boleto, and recurring billing support
Real-time payment status synchronization
A fully compliant sales-to-billing pipeline
This would position GHL as a truly end-to-end business platform for Brazilian companies and agencies.
Suggested Functionalities
- Payment Module (Asaas)
Native creation of PIX, boleto, and credit card charges
Automated recurring billing
Webhook-based payment status updates
Charge creation triggered by pipeline stage or workflow
- Invoice & Finance Module (Conta Azul / Omie)
Automatic client creation and synchronization
Issuance of NFS-e (services)
Issuance of NFe (products, via Omie)
Ability to trigger invoice issuance from workflows or opportunities
Status feedback returned to GoHighLevel
- CRM / Pipeline
Automations that create charges or invoices based on stage
Automated workflow updates after payment or invoice status changes
Expected Impact
Major increase in adoption of GoHighLevel in Brazil
Increased retention among agencies and local businesses
Clear competitive advantage over other platforms
Streamlined operations for thousands of Brazilian users
Strong alignment with the goal of making GoHighLevel a global business operating system
Conclusion
Brazil represents a large and growing opportunity for GoHighLevel. Adding native support for Brazilian fiscal and payment integrations would not only address a critical operational need but also elevate the platform to a truly complete solution for local businesses.
I appreciate your consideration and would be happy to provide additional use cases, technical references, or workflow examples.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Best regards,
Aquiles
