Feature Request: Add Signature Field to Estimates

Hi team,
I’d love to request an important upgrade for the Estimates feature inside GHL.
When a client accepts an estimate, there is currently no option for them to sign or initial it. For home service businesses, this is a huge gap. We need a clear signature or initial at the moment of acceptance to protect both the business and the client.
A signature field would:
1. Confirm that the client has officially agreed to the work and pricing
2. Provide legal protection if a dispute ever arises
3. Prevent misunderstandings and scope confusion
4. Keep everything compliant, clean, and documented in the CRM
This is standard in the home services industry, and it would make the Estimates tool far more powerful and legally sound.
Please consider adding this. It’s a necessary safeguard for any service-based business using GHL.
Thank you!

Add Signature Fields to Estimates - Businesses Must Have
T

The majority of service-based businesses need to have signature fields in the estimate.
This is especially true for certain municipalities, types of jobs (government or commercial).
Losing business to worse brands (like Joist, Invoice Simple, Invoice 2 Go). Many service based businesses see the payments section as a key benefit. It also makes GHL stickier - one platform (as intended). Many of these smaller businesses don't want to insert customer information 2 times - and these other payment software are less advanced, with no APIis or Zap connectivity.
This has been a concern with every one of my clients that are established and already using a payment system they are used to. Open to change, but get hung up on that key feature.
I understand that you can put it on a formal proposal / contract, but these businesses want simple, easy estimates.

YES PLEASE...This would make so many things easier. Currently creating "estimates" in documents to get signature, then the challenge is the $ are all manual.
