This needs to be a priority, when dealing with large customers, they need a PDF's to pass between personnel for approvals. Also, would like the ability to customize the email rather than an automatic Estimate email sent via GHL.

I have no idea who thought it would be a good idea to not allow the estimate to be downloaded. Such a basic function of a CRM.

Add the ability to export estimates as a downloadable pdf. Currently there is no option and when viewing the document online, there's a banner that shows "Estimate is in draft mode, please check back later."
When using a 3rd party salesman, using the send functionality isn't an ideal method as it asks to accept or reject the esitmate. It would be better in some cases for the salesman to have a pdf version to present to the end customer in person or via email.
