We would like GoHighLevel to support native product reviews directly tied to products in the Payments > Products > Reviews section with the following capabilities:

Use Case

We run a storefront using GoHighLevel’s native store module. After a customer purchases a product, we want them to be able to:

Leave a verified review (e.g., star rating + comment) specific to the product they bought.

Have those reviews appear in:

The Payments > Products > Reviews section (mapped by product).

Optionally be displayed on the product detail page in the storefront.

Trigger automated review requests post-purchase using Workflows or Emails/SMS.

Create a review API

Review Collection

Auto-generate a unique review submission link after a successful purchase.

Link should map the review to the correct product and customer.

Review Management

See all reviews for each product under Payments > Products > Reviews.

Allow moderation (approve/hide/delete).

Review Display

Toggle visibility of reviews on product pages.

Star rating + comment + optionally verified buyer tag.

Workflow Integration

New trigger: Product Purchased

New action: Send Review Request (or allow links via custom email/SMS)

API/Webhook Support

Expose endpoints to read/write reviews to external apps.

Webhook when a new review is submitted.

Why It Matters

Product reviews are essential for building trust and increasing conversions.

Most eCommerce platforms support this out of the box (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Without this, we have to build a workaround using forms and external review databases.

A native solution would greatly improve the usability and professionalism of the GHL Storefront.
