Coupon Criteria

Can we add a feature in the coupon that the coupons cannot be redeemed if a criteria is not met? For example, for a purchase of $150, a $30 coupon can be applied. However, if the purchase has not met the the $150 in the cart, the coupon cannot be applied.

Hi! Any updates on this? I believe this would be a really valuable feature now that the Store is fully rolled out inside GHL.
Being able to set criteria that prevent coupons from being applied unless the minimum purchase amount is met would help avoid errors, protect revenue, and ensure smoother checkout logic. For example, if the rule says “Spend $150 to redeem $30 off,” the system should automatically block the coupon from applying if the cart total hasn’t reached $150.
Just checking in because this kind of validation would make promotions much easier and more reliable for users. 😊

Hi GHL Support, just following up on this thread. Is it possible to add a condition to coupons so they can only be applied when a specific purchase amount is met? Any update on whether this feature can be implemented would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

yes please! the ability to limit coupons based on order value AND # of items ordered is key for Ecommerce promos.

Any update on this? How do we elevate this?
We need the ability to incentivize based on cart / order value.
Shopify has it. Clickfunnels has it.
This missing functionality makes Ecomm success very difficult since incentivizing higher Average Cart Value is the path to profit.
I've attached an example screenshot.
