Just got off the call with a support worker where he said discount codes do NOT work on FREE TRIALS because they are $0. Can we get a feature set ASAP where we can be able to have only one recurring payment be set for the coupon? Right now i don't have any options to keep my free trial and still have the coupon code work.

We have this planned on multiple checkouts like Order Forms, Stores, etc. to show the Total Due after Trial, similar to Payment Links.
While coupon codes do work with trial and $0 checkouts but it's not clearly visible on some checkouts and they are individually fixing the same.

YES! This is critical. The checkout does not show the discount when a free trial is included. So the user still sees text in the product line showing the full price will be charged in X days. This needs to update to show the discounted amount.
