Hi GoHighLevel Team,
I’d like to request a new billing feature that allows each sub-account to have its own separate payment method or card assigned, instead of all charges being handled under the main agency account.
Use Case:
For agencies managing multiple client sub-accounts, it would be extremely useful to:
Assign a unique billing card to each sub-account.
Have independent invoices and receipts per client.
Prevent billing overlap or confusion when managing multiple clients under one agency.
This would simplify financial tracking, reduce reconciliation issues, and give agencies more flexibility in managing clients who prefer to pay directly for their usage (LC email, AI credits, etc.).
Please let me know if this feature is on the roadmap or if there’s a possible workaround in the meantime.
