If a payment is captured manually, eg: a week later after the payment is seen on the bank statement. I capture it and the GHL system automatically send out a notification of payment to the client via sms and email. Even though the notifications are all disabled in the invoice / payment settings? We need to be able to disable this for manual payments as payments could be captured every 2 weeks off the statements and clients then get confused. I spoke to support but they say it is somthing they cant disable?
