Allow Manual Bank Account Entry for ACH Payments

It would be great if GHL could support manually entering a bank account's routing and account number for ACH payments, as an alternative to instant verification.
Some clients' banks aren't supported, and others prefer not to share their online banking login just to set up ACH.

Totally agree. Many clients would pay us via ACH if this was an option but they will not connect their bank account up to do it.
