Currently, to offer both Stripe and PayPal on funnels or invoices, we need to set up two separate integrations. This process is time-consuming and often leads to reconciliation issues between two different dashboards.
Stripe now natively supports PayPal as a payment method through the Stripe Payment Element. I am requesting that GHL adds a toggle to enable "PayPal" directly within the Stripe Integration settings.
Why this is important:
Simplified Setup: Users wouldn't need to create a PayPal Developer app or manage separate API keys. Just a toggle in the Stripe settings within GHL.
Unified Dashboard: All transactions, refunds, and reports would be centralized in Stripe.
Higher Conversions: The Stripe Payment Element automatically optimizes the checkout experience, showing PayPal as a native option alongside credit cards and Apple/Google Pay.
Better UX: It eliminates the need for the separate (and sometimes clunky) PayPal express buttons, providing a more seamless "all-in-one" checkout feel.
Please allow us to leverage Stripe's full capabilities by including PayPal in the "Managed Payment Methods" section of the GHL Stripe integration.
