Add Custom Fields and Custom Values to Receipts

As we have custom fields and values that we can add to invoices, I would like to suggest that they add that to the receipts too, so when the receipt is sent, the customer can see the custom values. Please, check screenshots and add them quick :)

It should also have the ability to include the invoice # associated with the receipt so the client can reference it.

I hope they fix this soon. Seems easy to add as well.
