Robert Diaz: Points 1 through 3 would come in later iterations but 4th point is covered in the initial release.

This one is NOT complete as it currently sits I don't think. It passes the fee along no matter what payment method they use, and at least where I'm at, we're not legally allowed to do that. We can pass along fees, but not if they're using ACH or debit cards, even if those cards have the Visa/Mastercard logo.
Additionally, many merchants have limits to how much you can pass along... so we have to be able to set a rate for Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, etc if we're just putting in a percentage.
Noomerik handles this already, but it doesn't integrate well with HighLevel (yet). You might can look at what they're doing to get inspiration for how to fix it so it's legally usable for more users.

Robert Diaz can you please elaborate on what points 1-3 are and what the 4th point is?

Ashley DePiano Points listed were very clear. You already launched the 4th one, waiting for the first 3 points. I would also add the ability to specify a set fee amount in addition to a % based fee.

Sales & Marketing I am also requesting that this feature be connected to the "Collect Payment" functionality within the Forms. Once use case for this: I have an insurance company I work with. That want to have a payment functionality on their website so customers can go on, input their invoice number, put down how much they want to pay, and this feature should automatically add the fee to the payment. This feature was launched at about 80% completion rate. Please re-open it and have the devs look at it again...

This is nice, but to go with this we also need the ability to ONLY apply the credit card processing fees to Credit Card transactions. As this is currently implemented, the fee is included on ALL payment types. What if the client decides to pay with check? Or Bank transfer that has lower rates? We need some conditional logic added to associate the fees with the appropriate payment type

Sales & Marketing I got excited when I saw this was marked as complete. But I think we may have missed what was being asked here and why it's so important. Stripe charges additional fees which we would like to pass on the customer ONLY IF they choose to pay with Credit Card, otherwise there no need for a surcharge. I know that you will allow us to add fees per payment type in the future, but this ticket is requesting fee for only Stripe specifically and I think it premature to mark this as complete as we can't target fees to Stripe payment only as requested.

Sales & Marketing The way this is set up is not compliant with many local regulations. Please see attached article: https://consumer.westchestergov.com/credit-card-surcharges. This HIGHER price of cash/vs credit MUST be displayed to the customer. There can be no surprise fees after they see the total amount on the invoice. Please make it so the total fee (which includes the surcharge) is visible on the invoice.

Damian Sutton if you create a payment and manually input the payment method, it does bypass the extra fee. But it seems if anyone tries to pay digitally the fee is always there. I agree this fee needs to be Payment-Method Specific, so you can charge it only for methods that in fact do charge fees!

Sales & Marketing I agree with many of the other comments here. Thanks for the ability to apply fees to payments across charge methods.
However the request is to add a fee depending on the payment method used such as credit card. Additionally, stripe's fees are split by a base 30c plus 1.7% on purchases. We need the ability to add a flat fee and a percentage to fees. Not just a %.

This function has been live in Wingspan and Dubsado for years. Really hoping HighLevel can catch up!!

This is something Xero, ServiceM8, and other platforms have had setup for quite a while. Surely this wouldn't take 3 months.
