I use a service from www.uropium.com to ensure instant First responses for Yelp and it so far has kept me under 3 minutes of response time and 100% response rate. It helps a lot, if that is what you are looking for :)

Many business owners I know and are potential client's use Yelp. I don't particularly care for their platform, but it is a biggy for small businesses. Would love yelp communication/text integration or even reviews inside GHL.
