WooCommerce Integration Limitations and Enhancements Needed

Add ability to include product name, quantity, etc., in the order submitted workflow trigger for WooCommerce.
Allow handling recurring or multiple orders from same customer (for WooCommerce). The order submitted trigger won't fire for existing or old customer. Although I haven't tested it via enabling duplicate contacts.
I should be able to delete orders...especially when I delete a customer from CRM that was created from WooCommerce integration.

Native integration with Woocommerce & WhatsApp for various workflows like cart abandonment, time spent on category based offer/coupon provision workflows, transactional Workflows like order updates, etc. All these for woocommerce and other stores would be helpful.

We really need the ability to synchronize the product sales between WooCommerce and GHL. Use case. My client has a WordPress website using WooCommerce for online sales. But they also have a brick N mortar store that we want to use GHL POS for, AND they have a division that needs to create invoices and send invoices for specific purchases. From what I understand, WooCommerce can send the customer data and order data to GHL. But it doesn't solve the ability to manage inventory. If an item gets sold online, then the available quantity is one less and should be updated in GHL as such. Otherwise there is no proper way to manage inventory across these systems. This should be part of the LC Plugin app for WordPress OR GHL offer an alternative to WooCommerce that accomplishes this.

Current WooCommerce integration I wouldn't even consider it complete; it's missing so much. First off, payment status is not being integrated properly. You're not able to use the workflows if you don't set the order as complete. There's no way to edit the order status on GHL and basic info, such as the order ID not being sent over.

Right now, when WooCommerce orders are synced with GoHighLevel, important details like product images, ID numbers, and other key information are missing. Adding a feature to transfer all order details automatically, including images, would save users time and effort. This update would make the integration smoother and easier to use without needing complex webhooks for missing data.

Another huge opportutnity for improvement is separating Cancelled from Failed. Failed payments and cancelled purchases - especially with the subscriber products - are two entirely different situations. One is someone actually cancelling, the other is a potential issue with a credit card that needs to be resolved so a subscription can resume. I want the notification of the Failed paymetns, but feel having to resolve false "cancelled" reports can become a bit daunting depending on how many fail in a month.

This is totally needed! GHL should be able to follow purchases of each product in a WooCommerce store, not just the whole store. Mailchimp has it.
It would be great if GHL can then add tags to customers who purchased specific products, so they can be targeted with different automations and campaigns.
Also, syncing with WooCommerce Subscriptions, to have an overview of who canceled a subscription to trigger a set of automations...
The current WooCommerce integration is super basic and can't do much.

Abandoned cart can be added to the GHL plugin fairly easily and fire it off into a workflow. Look at a tool like CartFlows plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-cart-abandonment-recovery/
This is done with Klaviyo too https://wordpress.org/plugins/klaviyo/ where the current user is pushed to Klaviyo for automated follow up.
Abandoned cart needs spcifically to include:
- a link to the cart, with products (see CartFlows)
- a field at the top of the checkout to collect email (if not already logged in)
- user name and email
The even better version is to incldue a list of products that are in the cart to make the email even more customised, rather than a generic email with no personalisation.
