Use twilio.com/lookup to determine if phone number is cell phone so we only send sms to cell phones and not landlines.

We would be able to determine which numbers are cell phones and which are landmines and thus be able to better manage our campaign and not send unnecessary sms. Someone else mentioned this but I didn't see it on the ideas board so here it is.Edit by @Shivam Tiwari : Extend the feature for Voice mail as well.

YES! I need this now!

Yes, and also add this info into user profile and make it usableAlso report the delivery/error status of every SMS... Twilio provides a callback

An alternative would be to create a native integration with https://clearoutphone.io/
Joel Padron
An alternative is to at least notify us of a send failure so we don't keep sending SMS to them

Been wanting this so much. Tired of the errors. Twilio even has a Lookup API where you can do this through. I just don't know how to code it

Not sure if this is separate to this idea - but even GHL notifying users that texts/voicemails failed. It's not a great experience for users to have no idea if their texts or voicemails were ever received...

Even better would be to have SMS Verification the way form builders like JotForm and Leadshook have. The user enters their number, and Twilio sends them a 5 digit code via text. They must enter the code in order to submit the form. Gets rid of bad phone numbers which make you look bad to your clients. Also ensures that every number is a cell number, increasing text response rates.
