We run everything through GHL, so we need GHL to be able to automatically upload new clients into QuickBooks. Right now, it only does the reverse, QB customers are automatically uploaded into GHL, but all of our leads and clients come from GHL. We need automatic syncing from GHL into QB.

Here's the approach:
Auto-create QB customers whenever a new contact/client is added in GHL
Map GHL contact fields to the right QB customer fields cleanly
Trigger the sync on your chosen event (new lead, pipeline stage, tag, etc.)
Keep records updated in QB when GHL details change
Add duplicate checks so contacts don't get created twice
