Slack Integration: User Mapping and Automated Workflows

High Level's Slack integration, and while it's better than most out there, there's still room to kick it up a notch. Here's what I'm thinking:
- User Mapping: Right now, if the email addresses don't match between HighLevel and Slack, you hit a wall. That's a problem. We should be able to map users regardless of the email they use on each platform. It's a small tweak but a significant one.
- Channel Creation via Workflows: Imagine closing a deal in HighLevel and automatically triggering the creation of a new Slack channel for that client. No manual setup, just seamless integration. The channel name could even be auto-generated, like proj-client-name.
- Conversation Syncing: This one's a game-changer. With HubSpot's Slack integration, you can reply to a conversation in Slack, and it syncs back to the HubSpot inbox. We need this in HighLevel. It would make managing conversations so much easier and more efficient.
- HubSpot-Level Functionality: If you've seen HubSpot's Slack integration, you know it's the gold standard. We don't have to reinvent the wheel; let's just aim for that level of functionality. Here's a peek at what they offer for inspiration: HubSpot Slack Integration
These aren't just 'nice-to-haves'; they're 'need-to-haves' for anyone serious about streamlining their communication and workflows. Implementing these features would make High Level's Slack integration not just good, but exceptional.
