Add option to right-click or cmd-click on the Go Back from Settings to the front side of the platform so we can open in a new tab.

This allows us to edit Settings and then leave that tab open to go see the effect on the front side of the platform.

(I put this in Integrations because that is the section of Settings I was in this particular time and there is no general "Core Platform" ideas board.)
