As much as we try and get our clients to communicate via our business messenger, some of our best clients simply don't listen. I'd love to be able to have that integrated as well if possible.

This message thread seems to have been hanging around a very long time and no one is paying any attention to it. Clearly there is a need for this integration. I get a significant amount of work via Messenger on my personal profile and it's a distinct shortcoming of this platform that Messenger has not been integrated yet.

I agree, have so many people with I connect with from my person FB account, I'd like to be able to connect it to GHL for both my personal FB page and FB Messenger.

95% of all our leads are generated through personal FB, IG and LinkedIn messages. People buy from people - that's the power of social media.

Without personal messages (FB, IG, and LinkedIn) being available through GHL, we have little use for the chat features of GHL and can't see how we can effectively use Chat AI (which looks amazing!)

My personal account is in professional mode and performs much better than my business page. I'd love to be able to connect GHL to my personal page!

Yes!! If we know their Facebook UID, then we should be able to chat with them through GHL!
