I am having trouble with invoices that I give credits to not reflecting the final amounts in QuickBooks, Xero, and other Accounting software. All Credits, refunds, cancelled invoices, and payments should be imported and have the journal entry done to accurately reflect the amount. It is costly to reconcile this.
