I'd love to request an integration between GoHighLevel and Timely (gettimely.com) — the booking software widely used by hair and makeup artists, salons, and beauty professionals.

Why this would be a game-changer

Many of my clients are hair and makeup artists who use Timely as their main booking platform. They rely on GoHighLevel for marketing, lead nurturing, and client communication, but currently there's no way to connect the two.

An integration would allow us to:

Automatically sync new Timely bookings into GoHighLevel as contacts

Trigger SMS/email automations for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and review requests

Tag clients based on services booked (e.g. bridal, formal, lessons)

Run win-back campaigns for clients who haven't booked in a while

Pull booking data into GoHighLevel pipelines for reporting

The current pain point

Right now, hair and makeup artists are either manually adding clients into GoHighLevel or relying on clunky Zapier workarounds, which limits what we can automate for them.

A native integration would make GoHighLevel a much stronger fit for the beauty industry here in Australia and worldwide.
