Please add support for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) message templates for follow-ups after the 7 days messaging window. This would allow us to re-engage leads compliantly without using external tools. It's a highly requested feature that would significantly improve lead nurturing and conversions within HighLevel. We hope to see this implemented soon.
