It would be beneficial to implement a direct integration with the APIs of UPS, FedEx, and USPS. That is, the CRM’s backend should make a call to each of those APIs to obtain real-time shipping quotes based on the customer’s address. Then, the system should compare those rates and automatically return the lowest shipping cost to be displayed on the frontend at the time of product purchase.
