Add Telnyx as an Additional Telephone Provider
J
Joel Buhr
I would like to submit a feature request for support for Telnyx as a SIP/SMS provider. Their network tends to be a bit more stable and have a larger option when it comes to number pools. They have API documentation that should make this doable. https://developers.telnyx.com/docs

CRM Phone Pro is already in the app marketplace, and it lets you plug your personal Telnyx account directly into your system.

Agency Main CRM Phone Pro is now live in the GHL App Marketplace. It allows you to plug your personal Telnyx account directly into your system, giving you more control over pricing, carrier flexibility, and setup compared to the default phone option.

Harold TrialDoes this work for mobile too??

Agency Main It works on mobile for SMS, However, to make outbound calls you need to use a second app. all messaging still stays the same.

Joel Buhr since its been 5 1/2+ years and GHL hasn't rolled anything out, I built a seamless bridge app that allows you to send SMS from GHL via Telnyx. It works even if you don't have any phone numbers in GHL. I only set it up for SMS for right now. The app is 100% free. I'm submitting to the marketplace now. Hopefully its approved and available in the next week.

Michael Kittinger - shame that we have not been able to include Telnyx. I get it with Twillo though. Curious to see what your app does... ;)

Michael Kittinger hey man this sounds exactly what I need!!! Is the app performing the way you want it to, and is it in the marketplace yet? Let me know, appreciate it!

Sebastian Player Telnyx Integration. It's been submitted and in Marketplace Review for a couple weeks.

Michael Kittinger Sweet! When do you think it will be published in the marketplace? Will it be free as I know there’s CRM Phone Pro or whatever that integrates with Telnyx, but they make you get the subscription.

Sebastian Player Got denied because my account email domain did not match the domain I listed for the app - LOL. So resubmitting today.
Either going to make it free (was my original idea) or charge like $5/mo per sub account with 14 day free trial just so I cover database and api costs.

Michael Kittinger Wow hahaha. Rookie mistake bro come on!
That’s a solid offer. Way better than CRM Phone Pro you’ll destroy them in app downloads due to your pricing. $5/Monthly makes sense. If you’ve seen there website, they really force you to get the $100/Month plan because the $50/Month doesn’t allow voice calls.
How long do the apps usually take to get accepted since you just re-submitted today? What would be your guess?

Michael Kittinger Hey mate, any update on the app, would love to try it out.

Alessandro Ciotti The SMS bridge part is in teh GHL Marketplace: Telnyx Bridge. I'm working on the Call/Voice part of it. But SMS works great.

Michael Kittinger I wanted to use it mainly for the call/voice features, since i don't have a big enough usage to justificate paying 100$/m for CRM Phone Pro...
Keep us updated man, very keen on using it.

A little BUMP on this. We really need options for Twilio

I think Telnyx needs to be added as an option instead of Twilio as well. I THOUGHT Twilio was the only game in town. The text rates seem to have risen since the A2P issue as well as filtering some of my SMS messages. I used to get pinged by Twilio twice a week, $50 each time for text messaging for my 15 subaccounts. Now it's been 3 days in a row ($150) for text messaging?! Please provide a better option than Twilio.

I would love this option as well. Twilio is more expensive and not as robust with their option and their network is not private

I would like to add https://www.txtria.com/ as an additional SIP/SMS provider. Everything that is said about Telnyx is true of Txtria, as well as their pricing is lower than Twilio. Also, they make it easy set up using land line numbers for SMS.I know they have a robust API; as of this comment I cannot find the link to it's documentation, but they will provide it if asked.

YES! they are a great provider (actually a carrier, so better rates and deliverability than Twilio)
