This issue was reported here: Ticket 3104382

2-way sync with Gmail and GHL works. However, for whatever reason, it does not work with campaigns according to GHL. If anyone knows otherwise, please feel free to comment.

Example: Sub-account owner sends out a campaign. One of their contacts replies to the campaign. The sub-account owner has to respond to that contact using the conversations feature within GHL.

Sub-account owner should be able to get replies and communicate within their own Gmail account instead of having to use the conversation feature.
