This gives the immediate impression to someone like me that works in the Google Business Profile space and a new user of this software that thiscsoftware is outdated or not well managed. In the App is shouldn't be labeled as GMB and the Google Business Messaging doesn't exist any longer - the profile now has a feature that allows the owner to add a phone number that accepts text messages or a Whatsapp number.
