Right now it takes 24-48 hours for GHL to add new Google reviews to the Reviews page in GHL locations. That is longer than other services require. For example, GatherUp is able to accomplish this in less than 12 hours. So, that means that GHL should be able to do so more quickly. I don't know whether GHL is using the GMB API for review updating or some other method such as scraping, but they could do better in this regard.I want to have all of our clients do their review management on GHL including replying to, and sharing to Facebook, all new Google reviews as quickly as possible. Reducing the review placement - to - location update time would make that more feasible.
