There should be a pop-up for when you turn on call tracking it changes the number on the GMB page to your Twilio number.

Suggest having a warning message that says if you implement call tracking this will change the primary number on GMB to the twilio number. Also, shouldnt be an automatic selection, should be an opt in. It was months before we realised what happened, plus there was a bug in GHL which wasnt forwarding our calls, so a doubly wammy

For countries outside USA, like Australia, mobile numbers are clearly identifiable, e.g. in Australia mobile numbers start with 04.So in Australia if we enable GMB call tracking then a mobile number displays because it is using the default number used for texting, and people then think we are a one-man band. Established businesses don't want to display a mobile number for themselves.Can the option be added to select a separate number to be used for GMB call tracking?So it would be the option to choose one number for inbound (a landline number), and then a mobile number set separately for texting.

The ability to select which tracking phone number will be used when you enable the Google Business Listing Tracking Phone Number Swap as some sub accounts have multiple numbers and many times agencies will use one specific number for "Google Business" calls for tracking purposes.

I agree we have a number of larger Australian clients who do not want to have a mobile number showing - and we need to track their calls (they can have one behind the scenes doing the texting) - but not to display

Dianne Watt You just saved my ass haha. I had no idea I even turned on Tracking. This was why we were getting weird calls to a GHL number that wasn't posted anywhere except for a landing page that had zero traffic sent to it. Thank you!!!!!!!!

This bit me a few times - the tracking toggle is automatically checked, which is the inverse of our typical client.
