When deleting a form, have an option to delete custom fields created by that form.

There are so many unused custom fields, because i'm not sure if they're in-use with another form. This would make things much cleaner in the CRM.

even after deleting forms they do not disappear immediately.
have to manually remove the "folder" from Custom Field link
