I have clients who serve families and there is no way to have a contact record for a child without some sort of work around when the child and parent need to use the same emal address.
  • Documents, forms, etc. can not be attributed to custom objects
  • Appointments can't be attributed to custom objects
  • parents can not be expected to learn and understant the parent+child@email.com structure for several client portals etc.
There has to be a way to organize the parent record so that we can have documents and stuff organized to serve multiple family members.
