This would be a game changer when it comes to lead nurturing. This user experience would allow us the ability to navigate complex onboarding and customer identification journies, making everything that much more sticky.
Imagine the new HighLevel customers you'd get...

Modern Visual Survey & Quiz Customizable Design Builder
J
Justin Padron
HighLevel’s forms/surveys are functional but visually limited. Many of us hack CSS/JS or use tools like Perspective to get modern, mobile-first, image-rich experiences. Let’s ship a Modern Visual Survey & Quiz Builder with true design control:
What we need
• Per-question layout & style (card, conversational, split image/text, full-bleed image, minimal).
• Media blocks next to/above/below questions; adjustable image/video size & position.
• Design presets (Conversational, Minimal, Card, Full-Screen) + full controls (fonts, sizes, spacing, radius, shadows, borders).
• Component controls: bubble choices, buttons, sliders, progress, steps, back/next, keyboard enter.
• Theme variables (color tokens & typography) + per-question overrides.
• Mobile-first responsive behavior with easy breakpoints.
• No-code first, but allow custom CSS for power users.
• Reusable templates and cloneable question blocks.
Why it matters
• Higher conversion rates
• On-brand, premium UX without leaving GHL
• Eliminates fragile code workarounds
Inspiration
• Perspective-style image+text layouts and conversational flows.
User stories (for product team)
• As a marketer, I can choose a layout preset per question so every step matches the message and media.
• As a designer, I can set global theme tokens (colors, fonts, radius) and override them on specific questions.
• As an agency, I can save templates and reuse them across accounts.
More examples:
- As a coach who wants a visual quiz that shows body types visually so people can identify themselves
- As a car company to visually show car types to choose from like sedan, minivan, suv, etc
Acceptance criteria
• Presets: Conversational, Card, Minimal, Full-Screen Image (with editable spacing/typography).
• Media: Image/video block per question; controls for ratio (1:1, 4:5, 16:9), position (left/right/top), and width (%).
• Inputs: bubbles, buttons, sliders, selects, toggles, date, file; all styleable.
• Navigation: progress (bar or steps), back/next, keyboard submit; all styleable.
• Responsive: mobile/desktop previews with breakpoint controls.
• Export/Import: save as template; clone any styled question.
• Performance: loads quickly (under 1 second) - possibly showing visual transition between questions so they don’t feel like they are waiting.

Conversational Forms (like typeform)

I thought this was already the case but then found out I might be wrong. I did find a couple of "Multi-Step" suggestions which are pretty similar to this.

This would be AMAZING. I am using other tools for the conversational forms, it really improves engagement and completion, let's make it happen!
