Submitted forms should automatically be turned into documents that can be printed and/or added to the document section in the client's profile. This way we can see not only the answers but the questions that were asked all on submission form. Some businesses require multiple forms creating a long list of fields and makes it hard to keep track. This would make documenting our client's process easier.
