Terms & Conditions Record

When someone fills out a form and marks the T&C with a check, add a record to their contact details.
This is important for compliance purposes.

This feature is critically important for legal compliance and risk management. In today's regulatory environment (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), businesses must maintain verifiable proof of consent, including:
- WHAT the user agreed to (the exact terms shown)
- WHEN they agreed (timestamp)
- HOW they agreed (checkbox interaction)
- WHO agreed (IP address as a verification factor)
The current implementation shows the checkbox to customers but fails to create any auditable record in the contact's profile. This creates significant legal exposure for businesses using HighLevel forms for transactions or data collection.
While Calendar bookings in HighLevel already capture consent with IP address (as seen in the "View Consent" feature), the same functionality is missing for all forms with Terms & Conditions checkboxes.
Real-world example: A customer subscribes to a $50/month subscription through our HighLevel form. A year later, they dispute the charges claiming "I thought it was only $50 once, not per month" and demand refunds for 11 months. Without a timestamped record of their explicit consent, including the IP address and exact terms they agreed to, we have no definitive proof. Simply showing the current sales page isn't sufficient, as the customer could claim "that checkbox wasn't there a year ago" or "the terms were different when I signed up."
For proper compliance, each contact record should include:
- Date/time of consent
- IP address of the user
- Version/text of T&C they agreed to
- Form/page where consent was given
This isn't just a "nice to have" feature - it's a critical compliance requirement that protects both HighLevel users and their customers. Without this, we're forced to implement workarounds or use third-party form solutions instead of HighLevel's forms.

That's not the case.
We need the CRM to record the lead confirmation for the T&C.

עידו חבצלת, not the same. Related.
However, I just confirmed the other request is invalid and have removed my endorsement! Thank you.

This is obvious!
I'm talking about keeping a record of the contact agreement to T&C.

עידו חבצלת, I agree. Thus the reason I upvoted your suggestion.
HighLevel often does this. They give us the public facing side of a thing but not the related field (indexable by API) in the Core Platform database! Same with membership questions in Communities.
