It would be really great to have the form builder allow us to have multiple slides like the survey builder to capture lead info when using a calendar booking widget. It is nice to have the progress bar and only show a question or two at a time when getting lead info so it doesn't overwhelm the lead. My thought is allow surveys to be the form selected when choosing a form connected to a calendar.
