100% agree. Create a form pdf or saved form so we can click on the form inside the contact and open the actual form rather than every single field being a custom field in the contact display.

YES! We also need a way that fields aren't overwritten. For example, I run group courses and want a way for people to pre-submit questions but I don't need that information associated to their contact profile, I just need it to be populated in a common area like a spreadsheet. So I'm sending out a google form to my clients so I can easily gather the information and see it in one place, while trying to sell them into GHL - which just doesn't look good.
