Smart Doc Feature1. Scan a company's current form/contract.2. Map all fillable fields and their respective types. (text, number, checkbox, signature)3. Form is converted to fillable/signable document.Contractor then has the option to:A. Open form on device, fill it, and have customer sign on the spot.B. Fill the form and then use the Share options to send it to the customer to be signed and returned via print or email.This could also provide a smoother transition to the CRM by not having to completely change their company docs. I've used this feature in a CRM before and it was pretty handy. I know contractor contracts can sometimes be lengthy and very detailed.
