Set a default value for Radio and Checkbox options

Can we have the option to set one of the options in a radio or checkbox field to be default?
For exanple, a Yes/No radio and preselect the Yes option?

Yes, I was sure that this was doable, it's a standard html attribute, so was surprised that I couldn't find it in the form builder. Other form builders I've used have this ability. Unfortunately can't do it with CSS either.
