Currently, the system allows for multiple Terms of Service entries, but they must all share the same required or optional status. Additionally, it doesn't support adding a second Terms & Conditions widget.

Ideally, I'd like to require agreement to the Terms of Service while also offering a separate, optional checkbox for consent to receive marketing emails.
