I'm not sure why functions are not consistent throughout the platform. Such as having to enter a hex code when selecting colors in the form builder rather than having saved options or ability to use custom values like in the funnel and website builders.

Agreed. Sub-account level brand kit where you could define colors and have them available everywhere would be great.
