I’m looking to set up a system where my sales representatives, when out in the field, can submit a form for a specific customer registered in GoHighLevel. Once the form is submitted, that customer should receive a one-time verification code.

I previously tried using a third-party code generator, but it didn’t work as expected. What I want is a workflow where, after submitting the form, a unique code is automatically generated. My sales rep would then use that code to record their visit — serving as proof that they physically met the customer.

How can I set up this process in GoHighLevel?
