Whenever we create any form for our internal use too than also we need to drag & drop fields Firstname, Lastname, Email & Phone to identify user. We should have contact search feature similar to Address where we search and than it auto populates all details for that customer. So that we don't need to enter details everytime. Just search contact and fields autopopulate.
