Make dropdowns in forms dynamic based on name or email input

It would be incredibly helpful if dropdown fields in forms could dynamically filter or autofill options based on information already entered in the form, like name or email. For example, if a user enters their name or email and they already exist as a contact, the form could use that data to pre-populate or filter dropdown choices (e.g., list of properties assigned to them, locations, past interactions, etc.).
This would streamline workflows, reduce manual entry, and help personalize the form experience. It’s especially useful for client portals, internal forms, or booking systems where options depend on who the user is.

Or or or or, Dynamically populate options in a dropdown from the CRM db or elsewhere based on filtered criteria. Example. I want to grate an internal form for creating and assigning appointments. Would be cool if I could have the dropdown dynamically populates with contact's names filtered by criteria I set when creating the form.
