Agreed! I also am building a form to collect information about a family & need the child's home address as well as both guardian's work addresses and home addresses (they sometimes differ from the child's address). It is ridiculous we can't add more than one address element & change the query like every other form/survery element. Wtf highlevel. The HighLevel team builds industry altering AI features but can't do something this simple? Insane!....

This is required for clients to enter address history in Surveys, forms and quizzes such as financial applications or postal/shipping addresses. The query key can be changed to identify seperate addresses but this would be great if this were a built in feature when adding 2nd/3rd address for example so the data is automatically seperated in the contact record.
